I am not your teacher,
Life is.
I am not your healer,
You are.
I am simply a mirror,
Reflecting what you’ve known,
The wisdom in your bones,
The peace you've always owned.
I don’t claim your triumphs,
Nor seek the praise,
Just here to remind you,
Of your quiet strength and infinite ways.

I was born and raised in Laguna Beach, California, with an instinctive connection to the unseen essence that flows through all of life. Prayer was my first language—something that came naturally, even though I wasn’t raised in a spiritual or religious household. That quiet space within has long been a place I return to—where I can hear the steady guidance woven through life.
This, however, didn’t keep me from being humbled by life and all the duality it holds. Like many of us, I moved through a long season of suffering that pulled me inward. But as I surrendered to the experience and turned my gaze back toward that quiet space within—the one I had nearly forgotten—I found my way home again. Only this time, I dove headfirst into a state of bliss and an indescribable connection to the world around me. Life became my greatest teacher, and I began to truly listen to what it was offering me.
What began as a personal healing journey unfolded into a lifelong path of meditation, transformation, and remembrance. By the age of 18, I was holding space for others as an energy healing practitioner and retreat assistant. Those early years were filled with some of the most potent, heart-opening, and mind-expanding experiences—moments that helped me truly begin to understand the deeply interconnected nature of our existence. That path led me to become a Reiki Master Teacher, and from there, I traveled the world studying yoga, meditation, plant medicine, and various healing traditions. Along the way, I began sharing what I had learned, deepening my relationship to service. Always the student, always the teacher. Now, five years later, I continue walking this path with the core intention of helping others access the unique medicine that exists within them.
These experiences continue to shape the way I show up—in my practice, in my offerings, and in my life. I don’t believe in “fixing” people. I believe in creating space for others to return to the truth of who they already are. What I offer isn’t mine—it belongs to all of us. If something here speaks to your heart and feels aligned with your path, I’d be honored to walk a part of it with you—for as long as I’m meant to. Whether it’s a single moment of care, a weekly check-in, or something in between.
