Born and raised in Laguna Beach, I feel deeply grateful to teach on the land that shaped me. My path of service began five years ago offering one-on-one energy healing, which naturally expanded into group classes as I traveled and fell in love with the shared experience of healing.

I’ve studied yoga in India, spent years studying and facilitating with plant teachers, and am a Reiki Master Teacher who has been facilitating sound baths for the past few years. Although I love to honor the many practices, cultures, and traditions that have guided me, and while I never quite know how to write one of these “spiritual bios” without laughing a little, the heart of my work is simple.

The journeys, sessions, and classes I offer are energy-based experiences centered on sound, breath, and meditation. My intention is to create spaces where people can rest, remember, and return to the nurturing, abundant essence within.

At the core of my work is devotion and connection. I will always consider myself a student of life, but I’ve also found deep meaning in sharing what I’ve learned along the way and creating spaces for others seeking peace within, just as my teachers did for me. What I offer isn’t mine; it belongs to all of us.

I am no stranger to the duality that life holds. I like to say I was initiated into this path by fire, but I’m equally familiar with the boundless love that lives within and around us. I’ve witnessed the jaw-dropping beauty of remembering: remembering where you came from, who you truly are, how powerful and loved you are. I know what it is to bow to the earth in gratitude for this beautifully strange life.

What I know for certain is that we don’t have to do it alone. There are many ways to return home to yourself; you just have to find what tools speak to your unique path.
