A sound bath uses specific frequencies and harmonic vibrations from instruments like crystal bowls and gongs to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, reduce stress, and support emotional and energetic healing. This deep internal state creates space to reconnect with your inner guidance and experience true rest.
Through a variety of healing instruments, light breathwork, and guided meditation, this session is curated to take you beyond the mind. With the support of energy medicine techniques and a Reiki-infused space, we gently clear and rebalance the subtle energy system. Creating space for self-healing and helping you become more familiar with your own internal landscape.
