There’s nothing specific you need to do—just come as you are. It can be helpful to wear comfortable clothing, stay hydrated, and take a few moments beforehand to set an intention or open yourself to receiving whatever you may need that day.

Only if you want to. Reiki is a non-verbal, energetic practice, which means you’re not required to share anything personal for the session to be deeply effective. Many people find clarity or release without ever needing to speak a word—but if something does come up that you'd like to explore, the space is always here for it.
